Annie Dru is a real-food educator grounded in the six principles of ancestral cuisine as outlined by Dr. Weston A. Price in his seminal work Nutrition and Physical Degeneration. Annie has had nearly a decade's worth of experience facilitating groups both large and small in pursuit of personal health restoration via these time honored principles. She is currently on a teaching hiatus while she and her husband prepare to launch a farm-to-harbor dining experience on their new 32' Cheoy Lee sloop in San Diego Bay.
